  1. Leasing
    1. Payments distribution
      1. First payment - 30% from retail price, after signing of the preliminary contract
      2. Second payment – 30% from retail price, after finishing the ceiling of the apartment or ground floor apartment
      3. Third payment – 20% from retail price, after building roof is finished
      4. Fourth payment – 10% from retail price, after the whole building is done
      5. Fifth payment – 10% from retail price, after signing act #16 (dealing with the government standard for finalizing buildings construction)
    2. Company offers a possibility to do the complementary construction work like electrical and floor pavement installations by client’s request. The complementary construction work is not included in the retail price of the apartment. It can be bargained and paid in addition.
  2. Full payment
    1. The client pays the full price of the dwelling after signing of the preliminary contract and have the possibility to bargain for discount from the main price.
